繼上星期Crypto市場的Silvergate銀行爆煲，美國矽谷銀行亦宣佈破產，信任危機引發恐慌性拋售，當中道指上星期累跌近1500點。事後消息指美聯邦政府出手，願為矽谷銀行存戶存款‘包底’。今日港股開市急漲，盤中一度漲近500點。

回到港股市場，科網股反彈，科指成分股幾乎全面回升。當中尤其嗶哩嗶哩（9626）表現最強，企業獲納入南下港股通，股價重越10天線，曾急彈逾14%領漲科網板塊。不過另一版塊內房股相對走弱，龍湖（960）及碧桂園（2007）分別公佈業績，兩者均錄得虧損50-100億，全日逆市發展。不利消息方面亦包括外圍環境，銀行破產事件顯示目前金融市場脆弱，美聯儲屢次放鷹令到投資環境動蕩不安，投資者若有意入市不妨等到環境穩定再出手。

港股上週累跌逾1200點令人失望，當中雖然曾經抽升破21000點，但也只是曇花一現。目前雖有所回暖，但結合利弊因素，現時還是利淡消息比重更大，尤其矽谷銀行倒閉後續仍需觀望。
