Visiting the KLM Airlines Zurich Office was a delightful experience, and I must admit that the kindness and warmth of the staff really struck me. The staff was smiling, very helpful, and patiently answered all of my inquiries. It was friendly, and I was glad to be there. We are really grateful to the crew for making it such a pleasant and easy experience. I heartily suggest it!
