Introducing Marldon’s MXS110 – a high strength, fast drying, smoothing / levelling compound ideal for creating an even flooring surface in preparation for the installation of floor coverings.

Perfect for use on concrete screeds prior to the application of floorcoverings, Marldon’s MXS110 levelling compound has been formulated for use in a wide variety of flooring settings – including in high traffic areas such as schools, offices, hospitals, airports and many other high traffic, commercial, and public areas.

Marldon MXS110 is also a single component, fast drying underlayment smoothing compound that is ideally suited for use in areas of excess point loading. With a fast setting and curing time, the Marldon MXS110 self-levelling compound is trowel and pump applicable, has great resistance to impact and abrasion, and is suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.
