You can just run Unreal Engine which is able to play on any device Fortnite 4. More important is impressive is that in all of these devices, you can play with other people across all devices - the abnormal PlayStation 4, but this is a whole other issue (and a possibility to get in the near future solve, such as Sony has been slow to change its tune). Your account cross-platform Fortnite still exist, which means that you can play on your computer, then your Nintendo switch, then your iPhone, and still have access to all the same content, friends lists, and unlocked.
