The Ghorepani Poonhill trek is short, fun, and full of amazing views. One fun fact is that the sunrise from Poonhill (3,210 meters) is one of the best in Nepal. Here you can see big mountains like Annapurna and Dhaulagiri glowing in golden light. The trek is not too hard and is great for beginners and families. You will walk through rhododendron forests, which turn bright red and pink in spring.
