EnerCon Dubai removed the existing membrane, treated all cracks with APOC – Armor Flash (silicone flashing), and coated the entire roof surface with APOC – Armor Flex (silicone). They then performed a ponding water test, which showed no leaks. The roof is still performing well without any water leaks.
