What Are The Construction Uniform Standards

The Construction Uniform Standards (CUS) is a legal mandate issued by the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. The standards apply to employees working in the Nevada construction industry; this includes general contractors as well as subcontractors, work site designers/ planners, building owners, building inspectors, state agencies and others working under or for a general contractor. The CUS is based on industry best practices and is designed to prevent workplace injuries associated with the construction industry.
