Puff embroidery digitizing is a technique of embroidery that creates a 3D appearance to the fabric by providing foam beneath the stitch. This gives a thick and immediate look to the logos, texts and designs so it is usually applied to logos text and designs. The foam is positioned under the fabric and once the design is embroidered the tiny needle pricks the foam and hence causes it to puff up.
